Service visit Range Rover Sport was purchased from your dealership in Mid April. In the meantime, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working and that issue needed to be addressed as well. So following are my comments: It turns out that the air conditioning was not working because the system had not been charged. I find this oversight to be hard to comprehend. Along the same lines, the vehicles tire pressures had clearly not been checked when it was delivered to me as the pressure in each tire was a touch under 60 pounds. These two items lead me to believe that there is not much attention to detail at your establishment, which is unfortunate for a luxury car dealership. When I arrived at the service department, there was no place to park my car and there was a car blocking the service entrance. Employees were standing around talking and they could clearly see my predicament, but no one made any attempt to move the car ahead of me into the service area so that I could put my car in a safe area. This is not the type of attention that I expect from a Land Rover service department. Alina was my service advisor and I have no issues with her. She was prompt and efficient and she followed up with me when she said she would. But other than her, I would say that none of your other employees went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. More

Quick to respond and resolve an issue with 2018 Range Rover We had called to schedule the annual maintenance for 2018 Range Rover, which we were able to get in on the day we wanted, which is great. However, when we told the service consultant about noise coming from what seems the car front axle when turning left or right from a complete stop, he seemed to ignore the complaint and blame it on "Cold Weather" and the tires not being winter tires. The annual service was fine, even though the Apple CarPlay software update, that we had to pay $300 to get, which is ridiculous still works intermittently even though we had changed the cable few times. We called a couple of months after the annual maintenance was done to complain about the noise in the axle and this time we were taken seriously and were given a proper loaner and the appointment went great. Come to find out the car did have an issue that needed to be looked after and this time it was corrected. The car now drives like its supposed to, and it's super smooth. The car drove very bumpy before and like we were off roading the entire time. We love our Range Rover, and we just bought our daughter 2019 Evogue. We always feel rushed when we call in the service department. I can understand that you are busy, but we are busy as well and a repeat customer where listening and being patient can go a long way.
