She walked me through the process for servicing my vehicle, as well as had m a driver from Enterprise on site waiting to take me to my rental car. Easy dropping car off, super friendly staff, was contacted when they said they would contact me and picked the car up the next day. The car we purchased was 4 years old but he could tell us what the differences were from one year to the next and how to use any of the equipment we mentioned. Once we started going over the numbers occasionally a sales guy would come in to tell us we couldn’t get as much for the trade in as we wanted or the next time it was how much money and work they had already put in the car. Well, we already saw the carfax and already knew how long it had been there, that it was priced $3,500 over market value, and that the warranty work was completed just days before that. Warranty work would have been done before we bought the car anyway.....or immediately after....so don’t bs us. Marcos didn’t bs us, so we don’t need someone in a suit to come in there and do it. Everyone else we met at the dealership was great. Very friendly and courteous. It’s time to let go of the stereotypical car dealer approach though. Would absolutely buy a car from Marcos again for sure. More

Bumpy to start but they made it right I had a bumpy start to repair a both windshield pillars after a dealer recommended glass replacement vendor broke them during a windshield replacement I had a bumpy start to repair a both windshield pillars after a dealer recommended glass replacement vendor broke them during a windshield replacement. One of the replacement pillars was still broken after the repair and came off on the highway. When I called Sheneta to explain what happened, she picked my car up the next day and got it in. She went the extra mile to contact the original glass dealer and they offered to pay for the pillar repair altogether (since they were the original cause of the damage). Of course I wish it had been done right the first time, but I appreciate that they made sure the issue was fixed, stayed fixed and held their recommended vendor accountable. More
