Overall, the experience was great. Tyler was straight forward and easy to work with. If anyone is in the market for a car, please be warned! While on my way driving in traffic to the appointment, I was told the car is being offered by another and wanted to let us know in advance. We arrived at our appointment on time figuring we can at the very least test drive and honor our appointment. We looked at the car and asked to see if we could do a test drive. We were told to wait. We waited outside in the cold for about 10 minutes and to see where the other person’s offer is at. The sales person came out and then told us that the other person is putting in their credit app right now. The car isn’t sold yet. We weren’t allowed to test drive. The car was on the market for over two months and all of a sudden it gets sold in one hour. Something isn’t right! More
