From the moment I walked in, the front desk service coordinator greeted me & got my checked in. Eric came out quickly after, & explained the windshield recall/check & got me set up to have one of my wheels fixed. Eric, Robin & the Coordinator treated me like a VIP! Outstanding service! More

I learned to call her directly inste Surprisingly quick service compared to a few visits. My service Advisor Sheneta took care of our car quickly. I learned to call her directly instead of calling Service Dept to make an appointment through phone. It’s more effective and practical. We’ve gotten confused by whoever answered our call and told us about our car info we haven’t told by Advisor before. So I appreciated Sheneta’s effort to accommodate my car get fixed sooner than what I expected. More
Ok experience Arrived on time fro 8:30 drop off but had to wait 30 minutes before they took my car into service. Luckily I had my son pick me up, so I didn't have to wait additional time for shuttle service to my office. I received a couple of updates on service and my options, which was good. Your new uber service is awesome and could easily manage my pickup back to the office. The pickup was similar to the drop off. I waited for about 30 minutes to get my car. after about 15 minutes my car was brought to the front after being washed. I then waited another 15 minutes without anyone talking to me, so asked again if I could get my car. Receptionist handed me my keys and I drove off. No one explained the service or any other issues/concerns. After spending almost $3k on service a friendly handshake and talk would be nice. More

When I went to BMW and Mercedes for service for my previous cars, their waiting area are big and nice. Also, I drove into their service area, someone would be there waiting to open the door and greet me as soon as I got off the car. When I picked up the car after service, someone would walk me out to the car (at Mercedes). But I didn't receive such service at Jaguar Landrover Bellevue. And the limited milege on the loaner seems a bit stingy. I live at Snoqualmie and work at Seattle, in between I have to pick up my daughter from Renton, so I almost went over the 75 miles limit. There was no such thing at the other 2 dealership. More
Can anyone tell me what was done I dropped my car off in the early morning. By mid day I received a text informing me that the car was ready. When I picked it up at the end of the d I dropped my car off in the early morning. By mid day I received a text informing me that the car was ready. When I picked it up at the end of the day, there was no one readily available to tell me what was done, what they found out and what was fixed. For a "high end" dealership...as they claim...the lack of follow up on the service was disappointing. More
