Very efficient and helped evaluate my needs I thought I needed new headlight bulbs and the adviser indicated my break light indicator was on. They checked the bulbs and they were per spec (stil I thought I needed new headlight bulbs and the adviser indicated my break light indicator was on. They checked the bulbs and they were per spec (still poor headlights compared to my other cares :-) ) The break light was no longer on. They checked everything and sent me on my way in an hour at no charge. More

Straight forward , good people ! My salesman was Adam , easy to deal with, very professional. I was interested in a truck that is not typically sold at this type of dealer . Service Dept We purchased our 2017 Land Rover Sports from Bellevue. Since then we have been having so many same issues over and over. Updated Entertainment Sys sof We purchased our 2017 Land Rover Sports from Bellevue. Since then we have been having so many same issues over and over. Updated Entertainment Sys software and failed a few times. The Brakes/Brake pads were squeaking constantly and replaced them a few times more than I thought of having issues with Range Rover..Especially we bought a brand new.. I thought we had a lemon which all of my friends kept saying for a while and i was concerned why Official RR dealer couldn't fix Land Rover.. My Service advisor was replaced a few time during our services. My current advisor, Ms. Sheneta Dailey has been dealing with our car and has been very helpful to solve our problems with her Technitian Team over and over. Its been stressful for the both of the sides but she has been trying to do BEST she could do and I really appreciate her help. I just don't wanna have same issues every month as long as we own it.. Also i don't want to loose a great Rep like Sheneta to be replaced, either. More
