The ONLY reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because it wasn't possible to get an appointment less than 3 weeks out, and Saturdays were not an option at all. Predictable and Reliable Service and Sales Excellence! Had been looking for a new car for my wife and recently had an issue with my 2014 XK. In addition to a technical issue, the car became stuck in the snow on an unplowed road effectively leaving me stranded. Our salesman (Randy) not only drove a test drive vehicle to my home, but also arranged for the tow and repair (all in warranty) of the XK, and a loaner. Had worked previously with Zoran on prior purchase and thought his sales excellence was an anomaly. Very happy to find Randy also (as well as many of the team I met during the process) to be the picture of Sales and Service Excellence!! When it came time for delivery, we were unable to leave the home due to a move-in-progress. Randy went above and beyond again - driving my wife's new Jag to our home and delivering a complete experience in our kitchen (the Jaguar pen, details on electronics, the full show). Even more incredible given that this was all during one of the most severe snow-storms that Seattle has had in 20 years! Finally Service (Eric I believe) called me to let me know what was wrong with the XK, completed the repair in-warranty, and even detailed the interior. Jaguar of Bellevue earned my business twice in the same year, and I am happy to return the next time we are in need.
