Rover Roadside Service organized getting my Range Rover towed in to the service center straight away, and Alina kept me informed with text messages throughout the service. The mechanics successfully solved the mysterious issue with the Range Rover and I was back and on the road. Much appreciated the efforts across the board. More
Self inflicted disappointment I think I had an expectation that a Land Rover dealership would be a standout from other dealerships. That I would be greeted as if I were semi-import I think I had an expectation that a Land Rover dealership would be a standout from other dealerships. That I would be greeted as if I were semi-important. That someone would offer me coffee while I waited or at least point it out. That service loaners would not come with more restrictions than an Acura dealer. That I wouldn’t have felt just like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to get my car serviced there. This expectation contributed to my disappointment when I was treated as if I were at any other dealership. My car was repaired, under warranty, and seems to be working fine. The service done appears to be good. More
Would work with them again In the past 5 years I've purchased a Subaru, leased a LEAF, purchased a Tesla, and purchased an I-PACE with a Subaru trade-in. For purchasing without In the past 5 years I've purchased a Subaru, leased a LEAF, purchased a Tesla, and purchased an I-PACE with a Subaru trade-in. For purchasing without a trade-in, Tesla's direct-order and direct-delivery model gave the fastest and easiest experience. However I'm not sure I would have wanted to try to deal with Tesla on a trade-in. For purchasing an I-PACE with a trade-in, I think working with Zoran at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue went about as well as I could have expected. He was reasonable, respectful, and professional. Alec was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's menu options when he took us on the test drive, although he didn't seem to know why we were having trouble with the reverse view camera. After we purchased we realized that it has a significant lag, which is something the other I-PACE owners have reported. I've owned EVs for almost 5 years, and it was obvious to me that EVs are new to the sales staff there. A member of the staff who I worked with didn't know about common EV terminology, such as J1772, or about what kind of options people have for charging EVs while out on the road. That's sort of like not knowing the difference between diesel and gas in the world of internal combustion engine cars. As an experienced EV owner, that didn't impact me that much, but if Jaguar is serious about selling EVs at a location that's just blocks away from a Tesla service center, I suggest the management focus a bit more on training in that area. More

However, since leaving the facility I have had a difficult time getting return calls and follow up to our car purchase. I went into the dealership left my name and number - no return call. I left two voice messages - and after second voice message received a text response! Three days ago I sent an email to the Sales Manager asking for assistance - still not response from him directly. Two days ago received phone call from service department finally. But no response from original sales person or the sales manager. This post sales experience has been less than acceptable. More
Arrogant I was surprised to be told that "we no longer supply loaners for normal service appointments" - that was said to me .. and when i purchased the lease I was surprised to be told that "we no longer supply loaners for normal service appointments" - that was said to me .. and when i purchased the lease on the car I specifically asked if that was available and told "Yes of Course" .. The gentleman was quite arrogant about my car. The breaks started squeaking - so I had asked to have them looked at. He explained to me (who has had the car for 2 years now) This is not a Lexus or Honda this is a High Performance Car - the brakes squeak if you dont handle it correctly. I'm sorry .. EXCUSE ME? I haven't had squeaky breaks for 2 years -- but apparently i don't know how to drive the car. Honestly - I'm not sure what changed here .. but I felt very put off and not worthy to be driving the car. More

I thank you for not thinking that I am just a woman, I have seen that some places but Randy took me serious from the phone call I gave him two weeks prior in to coming to buy the car two, three times answer all my questions properly when I left him a message he called me back I think he was the reason I ended up with my favorite car. Thank you Randy :) I love my car! Yes I will recommend any one to you any time. More
