Overcrowded & At times unpleasant I've been to this center 3 times...the first was for a recall on my brand new RR...they were aware of why I was coming in, but failed to confirm the p I've been to this center 3 times...the first was for a recall on my brand new RR...they were aware of why I was coming in, but failed to confirm the part needed was even available. I wasted 2 hours of my work day for nothing. All three times I have been in...it appears completely overcrowded. Why make so many appointments and keep people waiting. In all my visits I have been uncomfortable with the people who work there and even those who come for service. This last visit they tried to tell me I needed a $750 service for a car that has 6000 miles on it. Not impressed. More

Rahim knows what customer service means I would never use any other service manager except Rahim. He has excellent customer service skills and cares. That’s not the case with other members o I would never use any other service manager except Rahim. He has excellent customer service skills and cares. That’s not the case with other members of the service team, The service was prompt, I was explained what was necessary and the cost involved, my car was clean and ready for pick up in a timely manner. Rahim answered my questions, made excellent recommendations and was extremely polite and professional. I have had experience with other service members including senior manager level staff at this location and they can all learn a thing or two about customer service from Rahim. More

Quick tire fix I stopped by without an appointment because I found a screw embedded in my 2018 Range Rover Sport's front tire. Alia Mars took quick care of us and ha I stopped by without an appointment because I found a screw embedded in my 2018 Range Rover Sport's front tire. Alia Mars took quick care of us and had a technician remove the tire, remove the screw, plug the hole, remount the wheel and on our way within an hour.
