If anyone is in the market for a car, please be warned! While on my way driving in traffic to the appointment, I was told the car is being offered by another and wanted to let us know in advance. We arrived at our appointment on time figuring we can at the very least test drive and honor our appointment. We looked at the car and asked to see if we could do a test drive. We were told to wait. We waited outside in the cold for about 10 minutes and to see where the other person’s offer is at. The sales person came out and then told us that the other person is putting in their credit app right now. The car isn’t sold yet. We weren’t allowed to test drive. The car was on the market for over two months and all of a sudden it gets sold in one hour. Something isn’t right! More

Our buying experience was the best we have ever had. Our sales consultant Sami was knowledgeable on all of the models we looked at. We arrived at the dealership wanting to look at a specific model for o Our sales consultant Sami was knowledgeable on all of the models we looked at. We arrived at the dealership wanting to look at a specific model for our daughter. Once seeing the SUV we realized it wasn’t an exact fit. Sami showed us several other models on the lot so we could compare. He was able to inform us on the differences of each model. We left the dealership to do some more research. There was never a phone call or text back to us trying to pressure us into buying a model we weren’t 100% on. A couple of days later we went back in to look at another vehicle we had see online and ended up purchasing that day. It was one of the friendliest smoothest purchases we have ever had. From Sami to managers and sales team. No pressure at any of the steps and we were in and out. More
