Leasing my new car I am a real estate broker and therefore drive many miles every year . My three year lease was going to be over in February of this year and I no longe I am a real estate broker and therefore drive many miles every year . My three year lease was going to be over in February of this year and I no longer wanted to drive the same brand of car I was for the last three year so base on highly recommendation of my son went to Land Rover in Bellevue and my experience from A to Z until I drove my car home was amazing . Classy , professional and sincerely the best I have received for the last 44 years I have been driving . Certainly will recommend to all my friends and clients . More

Absolutely Outstanding Service I just had major service work done on my 2007 Range Rover Sport at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. New rear brakes, 4 new tires, new battery, new wipers, I just had major service work done on my 2007 Range Rover Sport at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. New rear brakes, 4 new tires, new battery, new wipers, 100K mi. inspection. The service experience from beginning to end was nothing short of outstanding. Exceeded all expectations. Responsive, thorough, communication was efficient and excellent via text and phone. Service work was faster and a much better value than I had expected. Runs/drives like new - with the confidence that all parts and work are the quality one would expect for Range Rover. Service advisor Alina is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. I will continue to be a loyal customer for life. More

Disjointed The service department was a disappointment. The receptionist did not follow through on connecting me with a service advisor despite multiple conversa The service department was a disappointment. The receptionist did not follow through on connecting me with a service advisor despite multiple conversations with her. I called repeatedly over two days before getting a hold of a service advisor. Once I was able to get my car into the dealership I was not well apprised of the status of the repairs. I was never informed of the exact problem that was resolved when I eventually picked up my car. Even when I picked up my car there was confusion and several people who came in after me had their cars delivered to them before mine. The service advisors are sparse, seemingly understaffed and the receptionist is unreliable. More
Problem overlooked I purchased a used but low milage XJL from a dealer in Redmond. I took it into Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue to have them check its tires, brakes etc. no I purchased a used but low milage XJL from a dealer in Redmond. I took it into Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue to have them check its tires, brakes etc. no problems reported. Subsequently I experienced a low tire pressure warning. I had my local tire center re inflate the tire (which they did at no charge). They told me they had noticed excessive wear on the inner shoulders of the rear tires, which they said is often caused by loose tie rod ends. Then I took the car back to the dealership to look again. This time they found problems with rear suspension components, which would have to be replaced at a cost exceeding $5000. My issue is that this was not reasonably a problem which occurred in the less than 2000 miles between the first and second inspections. It should have been apparent at the first visit. The time elapsed deprived me of any recourse to the seller. The dealership did make a 10% reduction in the bill. However I suspect that they still made a profit. More
