Alia Mars took quick care of us and had a technician remove the tire, remove the screw, plug the hole, remount the wheel and on our way within an hour. Leasing my new car I am a real estate broker and therefore drive many miles every year . My three year lease was going to be over in February of this year and I no longer wanted to drive the same brand of car I was for the last three year so base on highly recommendation of my son went to Land Rover in Bellevue and my experience from A to Z until I drove my car home was amazing . New rear brakes, 4 new tires, new battery, new wipers, I just had major service work done on my 2007 Range Rover Sport at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. New rear brakes, 4 new tires, new battery, new wipers, 100K mi. inspection. The service experience from beginning to end was nothing short of outstanding. Exceeded all expectations. Responsive, thorough, communication was efficient and excellent via text and phone. Service work was faster and a much better value than I had expected. Runs/drives like new - with the confidence that all parts and work are the quality one would expect for Range Rover. Service advisor Alina is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. I will continue to be a loyal customer for life. More
