Service center needs to take greater care. Its an expensive car. Interior should be treated with more care. Car was not as clean as when I brought it in. Shoe and handmarks inside vehicle. It was the first time I leased a vehicle and I would do Totally enjoyed my leasing experience with Michael Franzi over at Land Rover/Jaguar Bellevue. It was the first time I leased a vehicle and I would do it all over again. I worked with Michael as well as Jed - along with Katie to do the lease papers. Everything was clear and easy to understand and they made the Whole process quite pain-free for me. I would definitely and will definitely purchase/lease from them again. And by the way, this is our 3rd Range Rover from this dealership! Totally & Highly recommend them. More

She knew I had limited time when picking up my car so she greeted me immedialty and she personally retrieved my car from the service holding area. Sidney, the loaner coordinator, was also a delight to work with. On the other hand, Eric Maham - another service coordinator, was very disruptive to the entire service customer area in that he was on his speaker phone. This is a small compact area and I thought he was very disrespectful to the rest of the service advisors and customers. More

Very good visit This was a very easy annual maintenance visit. I have to drive from Poulsbo to Redmond to get the maintenance check up, so they better be on their ga This was a very easy annual maintenance visit. I have to drive from Poulsbo to Redmond to get the maintenance check up, so they better be on their game too. Make sure you get Robin in Customer Service. She is very busy, but she is incredibly able and efficient. This is my 2nd visit and she was my Customer Service Rep both times. Instead of asking "me" who my Rep is, Land Rover gave told me my Rep name and she was ready for my arrival. Very different from my Toyota, where they expected me to remember who my Rep was. They also were very good at notifying me when i was done. Yes, it took longer to get done than expected, so i had to wait around a bit, but they were very nice. Overall, a good experience. It started with the salesman Adam Gallardo, who I spoke to one day while just looking at cars on the lot. He listened to me and understood I was looking for a particular type of vehicle and then indicated LR was coming out with a brand new model (Velar) and that it sounded exactly like what I was looking for. As it turned out Adam was DEAD-ON. The great work continued throughout the purchase on through my first service visit. I respect great communication, keeping me informed regarding the work o be done in the most economic fashion, the timeline that I could expect and just keeping in the loop throughout the process.
