I have the pleasure of working with Eric in the service department, he was my service advisor. He was extremely friendly and made sure that I had all the necessary information to relay to my client about their vehicle. I was concerned with dropping a vehicle off and how I was going to get back to my vehicle, he lined up and Uber to take me back to my vehicle and when the service was done he arrange to have the Uber pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. I was very impressed! He made the experience very personable and I appreciate that. I hope to work with him in the future. More

Bought a instrument cluster for almost $1000 and paid $300 to install it, they broke the shroud, and blamed it on it being old, and only offered to replace it after I threatened a small claims filing. They could not get the replacement part, but told me if I bought it online they would reimburse me, they installed it wrong, and now I have a cable visible in front of the instruments, and I still have not received my reimbursement. Due to this experience, I am selling my land rover at a loss, so as never to have to deal with this company again. More
