My only regret is that I should have inspected the interior of the car more closely at the dealership. Upon arriving home I noticed that the plastic door thresholds were scuffed and scraped, and the car was not vacuumed or cleaned in any way. I admit that I probably have higher cleanliness standards than many people, but I would expect the dealership to do a better job in delivering a much cleaner new car. All dealership team members need to appreciate the impact that they can have on the customer's experience. More
