Disappointing Customer Service I take my car for service here as I trust they will do the best job, being that this is where I bought it. I have no complaints in regards to the service done on my car, I think they do a great job! So for that I give 3 stars. It seems there has been a high turn over in service reps, as I am always dealing with a new person. I was disappointed in the service employee I worked with- after checking in and then her running late ( no problem with that really just making note of it) I heard my husbands name called (even though he wasn't there - again no biggie)- no Hi, how are you etc. She walked me back to her desk and didn't say one word to me just typed away on her computer. After 5 minutes she asked me if i have issues with my car -(no i don't) then back to typing. She was annoyed when I mentioned I had a coupon via Land Rover email ( mind you this was all pre work being done and before she printed any paperwork for me to look over). It was as if my savings came out of her pocket. I was not given an estimate of how long it would take for my car to be serviced just an " I dont know" (it was 2 days). I understand not knowing exactly but an eta would be nice, or say when I do have an idea I can give you a call. Im typically not very concerned on being overly chatty when people are doing their job but this was an uncomfortable silence both times I met with her. And she continued to call me the wrong name. A little hi and smile go a long way these days... it's not asking too much. More
This Dealership has no idea how to staff There was only on representative working in Service on May 26th. I was told that I would receive a phone call to summarize what work would be required. I never received a call., I even called and left a message; no return call. This resulted in me having to make a second appointment to have the wheels aligned. If Tyler had called, I could have avoided having to make a second trip to get this work done. Please do not leave a single person working in Service; especially on a holiday weekend. This is not the customer experience I would expect with purchasing a LR. I am VERY disappointed in my customer experience. This WAS NOT TYLER"S FAULT, but clearly the result of poor management practices. More

I'm happy with the automobile, and it meets my expectations of a vehicle valued in the $100k I've owned a Range Rover for a little over two years now. I'm happy with the automobile, and it meets my expectations of a vehicle valued in the $100k+ range. However, for the past year or so I have been strongly considering selling the car, thanks to the fact that all of the dealerships in the Greater Seattle Area are owned and operated by the same people. The sales experience is great, and the service experience is absolutely miserable. Since my car is almost beyond warranty now, I am currently planning to keep the vehicle and start going to a third party for service. But because the warranty period forces you to interact with the service department for the first few years, if I had the purchase to do over again, I would go with Mercedes. If you'd like details, I'll give a few. The general problem is that the service department is not set up to value your team over theirs. Unlike the experience that we have at Mercedes, Infinity and Toyota, the Jaguar Land Rover service experience regularly reminds you that regardless of how much you spend on their service, their time and energy is much more important than yours. This shows in many ways, from how painful it is to get and use a loaner car, to how difficult it is to schedule service and get resolution quickly. The competence of the service people is decent, but not at the caliber we have experienced at either of Infinity and Mercedes. Meanwhile the service advisors have the feel of a disempowered DMV worker. Some are nice, some are disgruntled, and all of them are slaves to a system that is setup to cost the customer time. If you are a person who will gladly exchange money for the most convenient and time-efficient service experience, no Land Rover dealer in the Seattle area will meet your expectations. More

Easiest purchase ever! So happy with our purchase, Adam, Elliott & Katie assisted us & the whole thing couldn't have been easier. John said my car would be ready after noon the next day and arranged an Uber ride home for me, as I live beyond the range of the service shuttle. He followed up with a text the next morning with an approximate time everything would be done. An hour before pick up time, John called asking if I'd need another ride to the dealership to get my car. Since he was at lunch when I arrived, he called asking if I had any questions, and also reminded me to bring in my during the specified window for services to be covered by Jaguar. More
