service Was helpful in diagnosing the problem I came in for, we had to wait 20 minutes beyond the appointment time to be checked in; they found problems not r Was helpful in diagnosing the problem I came in for, we had to wait 20 minutes beyond the appointment time to be checked in; they found problems not related to the problem I brought the car in for that should have been found in my major service that was performed 6 weeks earlier. When I questioned this, I was told I had opted not to do suggested work. This was definitely never provided as an option. That it is showing up on my record is a falsehood. Additionally, when I got home after picking up the car, I found a battery charger on the floor in the back seat area. Not great quality control. I would recommend the Service Center with caution. More

Nice, but....I should not have to clean the rims and tires The overall experience was great. We had a new tires and alignment appointment. My only complaint is the rims & tires were not cleaned properly. I had thought that the rims were damaged. On further investigation I noticed a substance on the rims and tires. When I arrived on time for my appointment, my paperwork wasn't in the drawer, I had to wait for someone to find it and then meet with me, they didnt have a loaner car so I had to go over to Enterprise and get a car from them (adding at least 15 minutes to an already hectic morning). Dropping off the loaner meant I had to go to Enterprise then wait for someone to drive me over to Range Rover. Then, of course, I had to wait at Range Rover. The VW dealer in Seattle is so much more efficient, has tons of loaner cars and never makes you wait. Very poor service from what should be a high end dealership. More
