service Was helpful in diagnosing the problem I came in for, we had to wait 20 minutes beyond the appointment time to be checked in; they found problems not r Was helpful in diagnosing the problem I came in for, we had to wait 20 minutes beyond the appointment time to be checked in; they found problems not related to the problem I brought the car in for that should have been found in my major service that was performed 6 weeks earlier. When I questioned this, I was told I had opted not to do suggested work. This was definitely never provided as an option. That it is showing up on my record is a falsehood. Additionally, when I got home after picking up the car, I found a battery charger on the floor in the back seat area. Not great quality control. I would recommend the Service Center with caution. More

John said my car would be ready after noon the next day and arranged an Uber ride home for me, as I live beyond the range of the service shuttle. He followed up with a text the next morning with an approximate time everything would be done. An hour before pick up time, John called asking if I'd need another ride to the dealership to get my car. Since he was at lunch when I arrived, he called asking if I had any questions, and also reminded me to bring in my during the specified window for services to be covered by Jaguar. More

Nice, but....I should not have to clean the rims and tires The overall experience was great. We had a new tires and alignment appointment. My only complaint is the rims & tires were not cleaned properly. I had thought that the rims were damaged. On further investigation I noticed a substance on the rims and tires.
