Super friendly service and professional service I asked to check a warning light and brakes. Attention to detail can be many things . When you’re the agent acting on behalf of a customer giving the correct part number to the windshield replacement company is attention to detail. . When you’re the agent acting on behalf of a customer giving the correct part number to the windshield replacement company is attention to detail. When the customer asks for specific work to be done but gets a quote that lists items outside of that narrow request attention to detail would be giving the customer a quote that only covered the things they asked for. As the agent working on behalf of the customer attention to detail would be making sure that the windshield was the right one before allowing the removal of the old one... I was thoroughly inconvenienced by a lack of attention to detail. When we are talking about servicing a vehicle and working directly with a customer who is currently considering replacing their vehicle a lack of attention to detail damages customer relationships. I don't want to be visiting service centers but if I have to this place is the reason to get your car serviced. If you have to use their shuttle service Manny is a really cool guy! More

I left a phone message for Robin Myer, Service Adviser, regarding my car was being towed to Jaguar Land Rover. I have had Robin's assistance for approximately 4 years. On Monday morning I had a conversation with Robin ,who checked with the service department for an assessment of what was wrong and what would was needed. She called back with what repairs and replacement of fuel pump that were needed, cost and approximate time job would be completed. On the day I agreed to pick up my Jaguar, your dealership sent your car and driver to pick me up at home to get my car. I received the help I needed in a a short period of time. More

It is good but not great. The folks working at service appear to be overworked and trying to push customers through quickly. It took a long time to get my car done.
