Excellent experience I recently purchased a new E-Pace from Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I had an excellent experience with the dealership and my sales representative Marco I recently purchased a new E-Pace from Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I had an excellent experience with the dealership and my sales representative Marcos. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked into the dealership. Marcos was knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. I liked that I didn’t feel pressured to make a deal. I felt that the dealership was very fair about the price of the new car and the trade in value of my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future. More

My service agent was extremely good. She explained everything in great detail including why my car had the issue and how I could have prevented it. Excellent Service with New Purchase I rate excellent because that is what my experience was. I dealt with Marcos primarily but this is also stated for all the staff. I had something very specific in mind and Marcos and team were able to meet my purchase needs. This was done with the most friendliest and helpful staff. I found every aspect from sales to financing to be very knowledgeable and no questions was left unanswered. I have purchased severally cars in the past but by far this was the best experience. Dragged their feet to nickel and dime me on labor costs. I was told service would take 1 day and cost roughly $400. 9 days and over $3000 later I got my car. Service was slow and talking to anyone at service I was told service would take 1 day and cost roughly $400. 9 days and over $3000 later I got my car. Service was slow and talking to anyone at service center was difficult based off their schedules. People were nice but not up to a Range Rover/ Jaguar standard. I don’t however blame the person I worked with via phone. He was helpful and covered for the work done by the techs. Apparently to screw in a lightbulb it cost $51. More
