I had an excellent experience with the dealership and my sales representative Marco I recently purchased a new E-Pace from Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I had an excellent experience with the dealership and my sales representative Marcos. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked into the dealership. Marcos was knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. I liked that I didn’t feel pressured to make a deal. I felt that the dealership was very fair about the price of the new car and the trade in value of my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future. More

Dragged their feet to nickel and dime me on labor costs. I was told service would take 1 day and cost roughly $400. 9 days and over $3000 later I got my car. Service was slow and talking to anyone at service I was told service would take 1 day and cost roughly $400. 9 days and over $3000 later I got my car. Service was slow and talking to anyone at service center was difficult based off their schedules. People were nice but not up to a Range Rover/ Jaguar standard. I don’t however blame the person I worked with via phone. He was helpful and covered for the work done by the techs. Apparently to screw in a lightbulb it cost $51. More
