80,000 miles service on 2014 Range Rover I have been dealing with the dealer for more than 10 years. They normally are very courteous and provide exceptional customer service. This time whe I have been dealing with the dealer for more than 10 years. They normally are very courteous and provide exceptional customer service. This time when my wife went in for the 80,000 miles service for our 2014 Range Rover, she had to wait for 1 hour to check in. She then had to be driven to the rental office where she waited for an additional 30 minutes to receive the car rental. The Range Rover is over $140,000 and she was given a Huyndai that is worth less than $50,000. We are very disappointed by Range Rover and their policy not to provide a Range Rover or an equivalent when we bring our car for service. We are also very disappointed by the lack of urgency and respect for our time when we check in and check out. The cost of the service was over $1,000, so it's not like we are not paying to receive high quality service. Range Rover makes amazing vehicles, but they really need to reconsider their policy on treating their loyal customers. More

Everything seemed to go well and both Nicholas and Natalie were very h Sorry to say my experience with obtaining my new Jaguar was very disappointing. Everything seemed to go well and both Nicholas and Natalie were very helpful and accommodating. However when I got the car home I realized a key feature I had expressed said I needed (passive entry - key can remain in your pocket and the car will recognize and unlock for you) was not on the car. Because the car had always been unlocked at the dealership whenever I got in or someone else unlocked it for me I dint realize it was missing until I had signed the paperwork and had the vehicle home. Calls to Jaguar to see what could be done ended in a lot of apologies, but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could be done. Now I have a car my wife won't drive because juggling twin 5 year olds, shopping and Seattle weather and then having to hunt through her pockets / bag for a key to unlock the car is something she doesn't want to have to deal with so she is sticking with the Rav4. If I could return the car tomorrow I would however I now have a car that leaves me disappointed each time I drive it and I am counting the months until the lease is up. More

Please understand, the people I have dealt with (except for one notable exception) are always nice but the service process if horrible. In my latest drama, I showed up at 10:30 for a 10:30 appointment, checked in and grabbed a coffee. After sitting for 20 minutes I found out the service manager decided to call a mandatory meeting. It lasted 30 minutes so while I (and about 6 other customers) are still sitting there waiting the 11am appointments start rolling in. You had a room full of furious customers, embarrassed consultants as they all came out of the meeting knowing they were 30 minutes behind. Then I was informed that I would have to pay for my free service because I was 6 days early. However, I received the dark and foreboding message last time I was in that I couldn't go a single mile over the recommended service or all of my warranties would be void - I had less than 100 miles left before service was required which wouldn't have lasted 6 days - so which is it? The service was done and unbelievably on time, for the first time ever. However, there were several problems I mentioned to the service person after I received my keys back and asked him to research because in the past they have kept my car for 1-2 weeks while they researched the problems and tried to figure it out. Finally, they don't even do a quick vacuum or run it through the carwash. My husband had his Mercedes serviced the same day - his car was sparkling clean, vacuumed and cold water bottles in his cup holder. Honestly, my lease is up in 12 months, I love my car but I won't buy here again ONLY because of the service center. More
