I had a scheduled appointment and received a loaner as requested. I had to check on the status of my vehicle 8 hours later to be told it wasn’t even seen yet as we are operating at 40% staff and I only ha requested. I had to check on the status of my vehicle 8 hours later to be told it wasn’t even seen yet as we are operating at 40% staff and I only had the “free” loaner for 48 hrs. Like that’s my fault. Why schedule an appointment knowing staff is short and keep customers waiting. My vehicle wasn’t even seen until the next morning and finally complete 32 hours later. Everyone is short staffed. Manage operations to meet the needs of your staff as well as customers. Stop making excuses and then potentially charging customers for your inability to meet needs. More
Worst experience ever with the dealership and the company. I have a case open for close to a year and everyone is dropping the ball. They don't have labor capacity for oil changes etc... so need to go elsewhere. I gave it a 2 star, as I did need a part and the service advisor that helped me was awesome. Alec was terrific. He was not pushy. He provided information that I did not know to help make my decision. Finance was easy as well.
