Very disappointed with my service this time. I got the mid tier service and the service manager did not bother to check if the service was performed or not. When I picked my car up the mats were dirty and mid tier service and the service manager did not bother to check if the service was performed or not. When I picked my car up the mats were dirty and the car hadn’t been wiped from inside. My tire pressure was showing low and there was another alert showing the water level for the wipers is low. I went inside and told the receptionist to tell the service manager to call me. I called several times after that but no call back was received. Finally after weeks the service manager called me and was extremely rude and told me to go to discount tires . His name is Eric. I have been a customer of Range Rover for years and have never received this bad of an experience before. More
