The absolute worst car service experience. 2 days for an oils change! I made appointment about a month earlier and indicated I wanted oils change and diagnostics run as the issue I had previously experienc oils change! I made appointment about a month earlier and indicated I wanted oils change and diagnostics run as the issue I had previously experience and was supposedly fixed was recurring. Car was brought in on time at 9:00 AM. I was texted a link so I could check status. I asked if I could wait and it was suggested it might be a while since the diagnostics had to be run. So, at 1:00 I check the link and it doesn’t work. Land River (LR) said don’t use it as it doesn’t work. But car not ready. I check again at 3:00 not ready. Then around 4:30 I get text saying they don’t have an oil filter and need to order one which won’t be in today, so need to keep car overnight. It would be done by 10:30 - 11:00. Hard to believe LR doesn’t have an oils filter for a LR car, especially as service was ordered a month earlier, and even then, they only notice that at end of day. Seems a very disorganized way to run a service department. At noon next day, I follow up as I had not heard back. Not ready yet. Finally after a few more texts, I said I wanted to pick up my car and would get it serviced elsewhere. About 15 minutes later, I get a text that it is being worked on and will be done at3:30. So they dispatch the Uber to pick me up. But it doesn’t show up, so I ordered my own. When I go to pay, I asked them to pay my Uber cost, as that is included. Cashier says he has no way of deducting it. At least they didn’t charge me for the diagnostics, as they had not been run. All they did was oils change. I asked if management was aware of the issues with getting a simple oil change taking 2 days, as I wanted to talk to the manager. Apparently he had quit 2 weeks ago. As did a couple techs. The long and the short of this is I am not going back unless I absolutely have to. I will get regular service done elsewhere. If this was a one time issue, I could understand, but I had similar experience previously. Along with what sounded like pretty weak excuses…. No oil filter this time followed by moly 1 tech this time. Last time, the excuse was LR only 1 machine and it was being used on another car. Both times the excuses seemed a little far fetched. No one ever expects their car to have issues with less than 1,000 miles on it… especially a luxury vehicle. My car would not start because of a software issue which left me stranded for several hours than 1,000 miles on it… especially a luxury vehicle. My car would not start because of a software issue which left me stranded for several hours to get my vehicle towed. Land Rover offered no loaner or help… and did not even check on my car for 3 days. I was missed 3 days of work related fo not having my vehicle during this time. Despite multiple calls.. they did not make my situation a priority and left me very inconvenienced. . If you buy luxury… you expect good attentive survive.. this has left a bad impression on me and I’ll question ever doing business again with them after my lease is up. BMW and other luxury brands would have had a loaner for me in a second if there cars failed their customers. More

This was the easiest place to buy a car. Chris Liston was so nice too work with. No only did he have a great personality but was on the ball everything. Financing was so quick and tech Savy.
