This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I want to start by saying how incredibly helpful and professional my sales advisor, Josh, was throughout the process. He was responsive, patient, and great to work with. Unfortunately, my overall exp professional my sales advisor, Josh, was throughout the process. He was responsive, patient, and great to work with. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the sales manager, who misread the mileage on my vehicle and misquoted my trade-in value, then refused to honor the price even though it was their mistake, not mine. It created unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I expect a Land Rover dealership to be more knowledgeable and stand behind their pricing. If you go here, I recommend asking for Josh and getting all pricing in writing beforehand to avoid the same issue. More
