I was very displeased with the confrontation between Chris/Will houston over the price of tires of which he quoted to me a price of 1587 when in fact i was charged 2500 for a set of tires. While standing there Chris made a condesending remark to me by saying Range Rovers were expensive to maintain... I was so appalled by the comment that it took every once of my temper to hold back afraid that my vehicle would not be completed and instead I retorted back my income by letting him know I was in the HIGH SIX figure bracket. I smiled with cordiality realizing that he was a racist who tried to beat ne up because his service manager was a complete liar who told me the price of tires... I wish som e one would pull the voice recordings so that they can listen to what he said... I would never come back there for service although I met other staff members whom I thought was very nice and professional More

6 hour wait I have two Range Rover’s that I bring in for service all the way from Columbus, GA. Each time I have been I don’t need a loaner vehicle be cause it is I have two Range Rover’s that I bring in for service all the way from Columbus, GA. Each time I have been I don’t need a loaner vehicle be cause it is only going to take 2 hours. On several occasions I have spent as many as 6 hours waiting on my vehicle. I drive 2 hours to get here so I make appointments when I come to area. I am always inconvenienced because I am always told I don’t need a loaner or that they are short on the loaners. I feel as though we spend a lot of money with this dealership. This is my fourth Range Rover I have purchased from this dealership. If the company needs to make more loaners available for their customers then this is what needs to happen. More

Service Department Sucks Landrover Buckhead has dropped the garage door on top of the range rover. I can understand things happen. As promised car is not returned on time and Landrover Buckhead has dropped the garage door on top of the range rover. I can understand things happen. As promised car is not returned on time and Service advicer Paul has no courtesy to return my phone calls. I am really disappointed by the way they are handling this situation.
