The GM, Darleen didn’t respond to my email nor did she have the courtesy to reach out. Customer Service 101. However, Kristin did reach out to ensure that they would make it right. I never received the weather mats as promised in addition to being offered digital plates that I had already purchased. When I inquired about being reimbursed, no response. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a luxury brand. This has caused so much stress and wasted time. I regret ever purchasing from this dealership. I have had inquiries about my vehicle but refuse to refer anyone after my experience. Not a single customer should be treated less than. No follow up is completely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN. More

I wrote the bellow review and someone form the dealership contacted me and said they will solve the issue, I did email the general manager over 2 weeks ago but have not yet received any response. Just a trick to pretend they care and want to do the right thing. I bought a Mercedes here, I know that they are not a Mercedes dealership but as a high end franchise store I was expecting that they are selling cars in good condition. It was a 1 owner car with CLEAN Carfax, They told me that the only thing that was needed and they had done was rims that needed to be fixed. Right out out of the bat when I drove home I felt that the whole car was shaking, I called them right back and was told that It only needed wheel balance and I could bring it back for them to rebalance the wheels. I did that but it didn't solve the problem. I called many many times and was told to take it to a rim repair shop, I took the car to the same repair shop that they had told me they had fixed the rims at before and was told that the dealership had only fixed 1 rim and it was the other 3 rims that were the problem. I called the dealership and was told for a call back from the used car manager, of course I didn't want to pay for it. after over an hour of wait I asked the repair shop to fix it and I paid myself. later when I got hold of them at the dealership I was told that I had got discount and they didn't want to help me. It don't end there, when I got my plates and wanted to put them on, I saw that front bumper was damaged and VERY cheaply fixed with extremely poor paint job. I could expect something like this on a old corolla from a moms and pops store not on a AMG from a High End store. To date I am waiting for them to pay me back for the rims but no one has contacted me yet, I guess I have to go to small claim court to get my money back. More
