The experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I originally came in months ago regarding an issue, and I’m still waiting on the necessary parts. I was finally told the parts had arrived, so I dropped off my car—only to be given a rental that was filthy. There was soda spilled in the center console, everything was sticky, and the car was overall an absolute mess. Then, the very next day, I received a call saying they actually didn’t have all the parts after all, and I needed to come pick up my vehicle and wait for yet another call. This is completely unacceptable. For a dealership where customers pay top dollar, the service should be far better than this. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. More

My vehicle was delivered to me without floor mats. Once I reached out to the dealership they ignored my concerns and after a week finally told me that I’d have to buy my own.
