Over 100 days ago, I canceled a protection pla from this dealership due to my ongoing experience with their unprofessional and deceptive behavior. Over 100 days ago, I canceled a protection plan I purchased at the time of sale. I have written confirmation from the protection company itself that the plan was canceled on May 20, 2025, and that the dealership was notified. Despite this, I have not received my refund, and the finance department continues to give me the runaround. The finance managers consistently ignore calls and voicemails, forcing me to waste time driving to the dealership in person just to ask for an update. Even worse, General Manager Darlene has not responded to a single email or phone call regarding this matter. To make matters worse, I was sold a secondary paint protection plan under the false promise that any damage would be covered in-house. That turned out to be completely untrue — a blatant misrepresentation used to push the sale. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how fast they disappear after they’ve made the sale. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and deceptive practices make it clear this dealership is not interested in treating customers fairly once the paperwork is signed. Save yourself the stress — go elsewhere. More

But they say will provide everything you need to claim it on your own taxes. FALSE. They will not provide the one required form you need to claim the credit, the Time of Sale Seller report. Without this report, the IRS will reject your claim instantly.! hope no one else has purchase a used EV and are expecting a tax credit next year because you won't. And by then the dealer would have washed their hands of any responsibility. This is well documented on many forums and acknowledged by the NATIONAL AUTO DEALERS ASSOCIATION. Gustavo and team is oblivious to the clearly stated instructions provided by the IRS. They advertise the tax credit on their website but offer no help whatsoever. More
