Mrs Victoria took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the different models, providing valuable insights without being pushy. Their extensive knowledge of the Jaguar lineup truly impressed me. The atmosphere at the dealership was elegant and sophisticated, perfectly reflecting the Jaguar brand. I have taken my vehicle to this location for the last 3 years loyally. I hope to continue using this location in the future, however I cannot if my concerns are not rectified. I had a terrible experience with the service department this morning. Service representative Iman Azimi assisted me with a coolant leak. Mr Azimi was unorganized and not trustworthy. First, he stated the initial charge to inspect my vehicle would be $289 but it would be applied to repairs if needed. He printed out initial paperwork with my email spelled incorrectly. I pointed out the error to him and asked him to fix it. He did not, therefore I did not receive any emails regarding the quote for repairs nor did I sign a quote. He informed me the repair would be about $1100 on January 7th. When I picked up my vehicle today (Jan9) I let him know I didn't receive any emails from them. This was because he incorrectly changed my email address for a second time. He presented the bill to me for $2141.92. This was not what was quoted/discussed prior to the repairs being done, nor did he remove the initial $289 fee for diagnostics. I was also charged 6.5 hours for labor for repairs. This should not taken more than 4 hours of labor (per the Ca insurance/auto repair guidelines freely available on google.) I was deceived by Land Rover. I was inappropriately charged for this repair and was unable to get anywhere with the service department personnel. Hopefully this review will be taken seriously. I have been a loyal customer to the Cerritos location since before the ownership change and would love to continue as a customer of this can be resolved. More
Land Rover Cerritos does not deserve a single star My dream car had been the Land Rover Defender but on Dec 26, 2009 I found a 2006 LR3 which I fell in love with. At time of purchase she had just over 3 dream car had been the Land Rover Defender but on Dec 26, 2009 I found a 2006 LR3 which I fell in love with. At time of purchase she had just over 33k miles, today at 18 years old, has just under 189k. For first 10 years, I took to Land Rover Cerritos for servicing. Chris always ensured she was well cared for and I could not have been happier. Unfortunately, owners changed and it has been downhill since then. I have been bouncing around various non-dealer shops without much success. For 2025, thought am going to give the Land Rover Cerritos dealer another chance, WOW was that a mistake. A simple oil change cost $750. Maybe the oil inludes gold? Was told I need to replace the transmission pan. Considering the mileage, did not think twice about it, until I was told would cost nearly $3k. I’ve taken to a transmission shop only to be told, yes there is a link but not from the transmission pan. Leak is from the engine oil cap and cost will be $500. If you do not mind paying exorbitant prices, being treated like a no-body, or paying for unnecessary repairs then go the this dealer. Otherwise, STAY away am sure you can find another service shop that would treat you much better and only perform necessary repairs at reasonable prices. More
