Unacceptable condition of car upon return from service. Car was brought into service department, just two days from a complete detail. Simple service was initial reason for visit. Was informed of an air bag recall at time of drop off. (The fact that I was never informed of an airbag recall is not a poor reflection on this dealership, but is borderline gross negligence on the part of Land Rover) Told service writer at time of drop off to not wash the vehicle due to recent detail. Someone in service took it upon themselves to write “Do not wash” in fluorescent yellow marker/crayon on three of the windows of the car. Car was returned to the service drive upon pick up with said writing still intact. Service associate attempted to clean windows, but only managed to leave all three windows completely smeared. All four wheels were filthy with grease and smear marks all over them. Driver side door sill was left filthy from the tech working on the drivers airbag. Apparently, no one bothered to clean any of this because the car had “do not wash” written all over it. I’m assuming the airbag lubrication recall required removal of the steering column shroud, because it certainly was not reinstalled in a factory manner. Huge gap on either side of the steering column shroud. The complete lack of care by this service department is comical. This level of ineptitude is not acceptable at an entry level dealer, much less a Land Rover Store. More

From our very first interaction, Donte was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to exceeding expectations. He kept me informed throughout the entire service process, proactively providing updates and ensuring I always knew the status of my vehicle. What stood out most was that he treated me as though he truly valued and wanted to earn my business. That level of care and customer focus is rare and greatly appreciated. Donte’s passion for service, strong communication skills, and dedication to his clients made this one of the best experiences I’ve had at this dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and am grateful he was my service advisor.
