He initially told me the tires were covered under warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and w warranty. He then called 2 hours later and said he made a mistake. Said the car would be ready by 2 pm at the latest. Got to the dealer at 3:45 and waited until about 5 pm to pick up the car. Did not include the warranty information in my check out packet. Could not find the wheel lock when I asked and took 10 minutes to get me answer while I waited outside. Car is missing 2 sets of wheel covers. When I asked where they were he said it was noted that they were missing. Problem is nobody noted it to me. Very disappointed overall. More

Absolutely amazing service! Other dealerships should take lessons from here. Most vehicle service dealers in the area are terrible. Took my car that I purchased there a few days after buying it. And they said that nothing was wrong with the car. Took it to another dealer a few days after that and they found $8000 of items wrong wit buying it. And they said that nothing was wrong with the car.
