Jawad Sayal just coordinated the service for my 24 Range Rover Sport. I couldn’t be happier with him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and communicated well on both valet pickup/dropoff as well as what Rover Sport. I couldn’t be happier with him. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and communicated well on both valet pickup/dropoff as well as what my car needed to stay at its peak performance. Several issues. I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manag I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manager if it wasn’t by that timeframe). Why did I make an appointment???? After 6 days in the shop i requested a loaner. Which was promptly made available to me. I had to sign your rental agreement and provide my license, insurance information and a credit card. Upon returning the car to you, I requested a receipt that the car was returned, there was no damage, and it was filled with gas and no further charges were incurred. I was told you run a reputable business and this was a non standard request. It took a manager to provide that receipt. There were several other issues and the communication was poor. It was a bad customer experience. More
