Once Geoffrey, the manager got involved the experience was much better as was the customer service. I’ve only been to the dealership 2x and both times I’ve dealt with Adam( prior to Geoffrey getting invol was much better as was the customer service. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was also surprised at how quickly my service was completely. I was very happy to see how clean my truck was when I picked it up and even more happy when I drove it home. My truck has been running great and have not experienced any issues, which is the point of brining it in for service, but I am also confident that if I run into any issues, I am in good hands with Joe and his team.
