I bought a car there in 2020 sept and was promised one free oil change after first year- came back on the one year anniversary of the car and was told I need to drive it more- wound up findinding a reliab free oil change after first year- came back on the one year anniversary of the car and was told I need to drive it more- wound up findinding a reliable mechanic not of dealership who said itvis not adviseable to drive 20,000 with no oil change so I stuck with him- went back to jaguar for a recall on infotainment system- they said I would have to pay for inspection to see if my infotainment was qualified for repair- they charged me 300 and told me my car needed $ 11,0000 of urgent repairs- took it to my mechanic next day and said my car has no immediate needs and is fine- which it is- I have zero bonding with jagguar lanrover and feel deceived. Didn't even get my first oil change there because they wouldn't do it as promised.The repair management are simply salesmen who dont have your best interest in mind. More

Raul Pessina helped me out tremendously to resolve the issue with my Jaguar by telling me exactly what was wrong, offering an affordable repair, and quickly returning my car to me. Extremely good service great work, great customer service. But also extremely disappointed to charge for credit card usage. None does this in the country.
