No curve xxxxx like I've experienced with dealers in the past. He emailed me a video of the car after I inquired about it. He answered every single question with confidence and because I was trading in my Land Rover Discovery Sport, he met me on arrival and got the assessment of my trade while already having the car I was interested in freshly washed and ready for a test drive.
