A woman of color I am a woman of color. I had questions on what I was being charged for, and I was talk down on like I was illiterate. I was never aware that I had any I am a woman of color. I believe they are not used to dealing with people of color and I had the worst customer service experience ever. My sister-in-law has also used their service in the past and had a few encounters with them as well. I truly believe this need to be addressed. Thanks again More

A big negative I ran into that wasn't related to service, is that they didn't give me a referal credit for a referral my wife sent in December. They bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport HSE and told the salesman we referred them. We had done the same about 3 years ago and received a $1000 credit. I spoke to the sales manager and he collected all of the information from me, and said he would call me. He called the people to verify that they told the sales person we referred them. I did not receive a call from him, even though the referral had been verified. When I stopped back to pick up my Range Rover Sport HSE about 4 hours later, I asked the cashier to check on the credit. 10 minutes later I ran into the sales manager and he said he was working on it and needed a few minutes. 5 minutes later the same. 10 minutes later the cashier told me I received a $500 referral credit. By that time I just wanted to get out of there, so I didn't ask why it was only 1/2 the credit I received 3 years ago for a referral that bought an Evoque - which is less expensive. I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. More

Excellent service I bought a new, full size Range Rover in February and have only 1,000 miles on it. The electronics in the dash and navigation screen were malfunctioning seriously and I was not a happy camper. I called the dealer and they said bring it in right away. They were helpful, got me into a loaner car quickly, the head of service (Floyd) was respectful and understanding, and the department kept me apprised of the status of the repairs over the next two days. I got the car back on time and all seems to be fixed. More

Saving a Customer Jerome did a great job in what could have been a difficult situation. When the first solution did not fix the problem and there was cost of parts a Jerome did a great job in what could have been a difficult situation. When the first solution did not fix the problem and there was cost of parts and labor incurred and then more parts on labor on the actual solution Jerome worked with me on the cost and we found an acceptable compromise. Had he not done that I would no longer be a customer. He was also very good about giving me updates everyday and being proactive in that communication. I did not have to call once to check status because he had already called me in the am and updated me. I have not always had that experience.. More
