Ryan Schmitt was my service advisor. It’s been a month of headache. November 6 I had a fuel line break ( this line was related to a fuel filter replacement in July). November 9 and $500 It’s been a month of headache. November 6 I had a fuel line break ( this line was related to a fuel filter replacement in July). November 9 and $500 later I was told my car was fixed without being warned about 5 other system failures before picking the car up. They claimed they told me of lights and sent me a video, but the footage showed none of the warnings. It wasn’t until Nov 14th that they told me they couldn’t get it back into the shop until Nov 20th. They lent me a car in the meantime. Nov 22 they found the issues ($1850) and said it would be fixed by the 25th. That day came and went without news. I waited until the 30th to reach out and by Dec 1 they told me it had been completed before I could retrieve it they found 2 more issues costing more than $4000 to fix everythin, with days in between my questions being answered and confirming actions to be taken. I still do not have the vehicle back. More
