Poor Customer Service I have dealt with the Service Department twice in the last 6 months for different types of services and I have been treated poorly and the service adv I have dealt with the Service Department twice in the last 6 months for different types of services and I have been treated poorly and the service advisors are arrogant and condescending. They don't listen to the customer and they just impose themself to the customer. I'm contemplating selling my Range Rover so I don't have to deal with them anymore. More

Fantastic service and flexibility First off there was no judgement of why I brought my Range Rover in for service which I was quite embarrassed about....so much so that I am not going First off there was no judgement of why I brought my Range Rover in for service which I was quite embarrassed about....so much so that I am not going to say what it was. Anyways, they got the work done in a timely fashion and my vehicle was ready to be picked up later that day. Unfortunately we had a family medical emergency and wasn't able to pick it up until a week later. Everyone(from the service professionals, receptionist, and cashier) was very accommodating with this and had everything ready for me when I was finally able to pick it up. They even had it washed for me a second time on that day. More
