I've owned three LRs and soon a fourth! There's plenty of reasons I can't leave the crew at JLR of Minneapolis. The guys in Sales (Paul, Craig and Troy) make the buying experience accommodating and plenty of reasons I can't leave the crew at JLR of Minneapolis. The guys in Sales (Paul, Craig and Troy) make the buying experience accommodating and pleasurable every time; Adam and Dean in Finance always broker the best possible rate; and I can't leave out the Service Department (John & Floyd who oversee my Service Advisor Nick, though let it be said you can't go wrong with Adam or Jerome either) who make bringing in the rover an absolutely hassle-free experience...I'm either in-and-out or on the rare occasions the service is more major then I'm immediately out the door in a Jaguar or Land Rover loaner without fail! At the risk of sounding overzealous by giving the shout-outs, I do so only to show how personal of a relationship being a Land Rover owner has become thanks to everybody at the dealership. It's also worth-noting that JLR is the only luxury-brand dealership in town that also provides owners with "Driving Experiences" whether it be at lifestyle, off-roading or track events. Nothing like really testing the vehicles' mettle when it's not your own! Talk about really showcasing the vehicles' abilities and the confidence that comes with it as an owner when you've been able to push it more than you ever will be required to. I'll close my review by saying I'll forever be a Land Rover owner for life. Thank you, JLR of Minneapolis, for having me! More
Went in this past week for my 30,000 mile service for my 2011 Range Rover Sport. As I was doing my paperwork for the loaner vehicle, I realized that I didn't have a drivers license on me - I had lost it a 2011 Range Rover Sport. As I was doing my paperwork for the loaner vehicle, I realized that I didn't have a drivers license on me - I had lost it a few days before. Instead of telling me to reschedule, Nick patiently waited for me to track down a picture of my license, which had expired, and he then took the time to call the DMV to verify it was valid. Totally above and beyond what he needed to do. With the day I was having and had I been in his shoes, I absolutely would have told me to come back! But he made it work and the team, once again, did a great job servicing my vehicle. Doing business with a dealership that makes my life easier is really important for me....Jaguar Land Rover Mpls does that for me and it's very likely that I'll stick with them when I purchase my next vehicle. More

I was always told what was going to happen and what was being found (though I don't always understand everything I am being told due to the highly complicated nature of Jaguar cars). Having a late model loaner provided was a real bonus as my car was in service for about two weeks. It is usually an expensive trip, but I suppose that is the nature of Jaguars, and if the repairs fix the problem and extend the life of the car, I can look at the price paid as an investment in great driving into the future. I enjoy driving my 2004 XJ8 and am glad to have superior service available locally. More

I brought my 2012 Range Rover Sport in for 2 year service. As always, the experience was excellent. Everyone is great to work with, from the person greeting you when you bring the car into the gara service. As always, the experience was excellent. We had issue s with a leak in our sunroof as well as a starter issue that left our car stranded. Our car was stranded and the team we worked with went above and beyond to get our issues resolved.
