I visited this dealership in mid December to drop off my faithful friend of 10 years (2003 X Type Jaguar) for repair. The service department was very accommodating with efficient handling of my vehicle as faithful friend of 10 years (2003 X Type Jaguar) for repair. The service department was very accommodating with efficient handling of my vehicle as well as offering unlimited drinks and snacks from their very nice complimentary on site cafe. I was also offered a ride home in lieu of waiting on my vehicle in the event I needed one. My husband ultimately dragged me away from the service department (kicking and screaming) and into the showroom with the suggestion that I part with my beloved 10 year old Jaguar and consider finally purchasing a new vehicle. I am not a big fan of "change" and was not very receptive of the idea. The sales staff however were unlike any I have ever encountered at previous dealerships as they were not at all pushy and were genuinely interested in helping us gather information. The sales staff (Don and Torrey) clearly understood that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle at that time and did not attempt to pressure or convince me otherwise. We left that afternoon and returned to the dealership on New Years Eve, working with both Torrey and Don in search for the only Jaguar that I would consider trading my beloved old friend for, a metallic red XF 3.0 model. Both Torrey and Don worked together along with their sales manager searching the entire State of Florida, for the exact and only car I was looking for. I really appreciate and was grateful for their respect and courtesy in not trying to push me into another direction. We were unable to find the perfect vehicle on that evening, (most of the other Jaguar dealerships in Florida had already closed), however I was promised I would receive a call the next business day as soon as the inventory at other dealerships could be obtained. True to their word, my perfect vehicle was located and delivered to the Naples dealership, a few days later. The vehicle arrived from a dealership across the State on time and in perfect condition. My new car (2013 red metallic XF 3.0 Jaguar) has already far exceeded my expectations with it's peppy performance, and beauty. The excellent service of every person we encountered at the Naples dealership was a much appreciated bonus!. Thank you Naples Jaguar for a perfect, stress free and very happy experience. In addition I have been promised life long free Saturday car washes, including unlimited treats from their fabulous cafe! I plan to be a frequent visitor.. thanks again!!! Michele D More

The dealership could not have been better. We had an issue with a shimmy in the steering wheel. They were on it immediately and made sure it was corrected to our satisfaction. Both Brian (the sales guide) and Joe (manager) made the entire experience easy and transparent. Becasue there aren't many cars avaialbe at any dealership.
