Key Fob and Tires Car was moved from another location and the key fob was not reprogrammed which required us to drive back up from Land O Lakes to get this done. Tir Car was moved from another location and the key fob was not reprogrammed which required us to drive back up from Land O Lakes to get this done. Tire pressure was not checked. 3 tires at 50 psi and one at 28 psi. No stem valve covers on any tire. More

Courteous Jake was very pleasant and got me situated quickly. He made a couple of service recommendations that made sense to me, so I approved. The service dept. was proactive and performed a recall procedure. The service tech noticed an issue with the rear toe link bushings and since the replacement parts were on hand, they were replaced under warranty. After leaving, I noticed my steering wheel was not aligned properly, so I returned to the dealer, and Jake immediately took my car back to the service dept. to have it corrected. I deducted one star because the tech who took the car on the test drive should have noticed this. Overall, it was a positive experience. More
