My service team was professional and knowledgeable. I waited about 3 1/2-4 hours for my annual maintenance check up, but the entire staff was courteous. They made me very comfortable during the wait. My only concern was I was told that I needed some repairs asap and that a part would be ordered that following day. There was no communication regarding progress of parts ordered for repairs and I had to repeatedly call to get a response as to when can I bring the car back for repairs. More

Warranty work , and they have my car for over 3 days now. Didn’t give me a loaner to use. What kind of service is this? They were very accommodating. I work very long hours and can not get to the dealership for the service needed on my vehicle so they brought a car to me, picked mine up and then returned the next day.
