As a long time owner of Land Rovers I am well aware of their issues. It is a beautiful British vehicle that is the best off-road 4 Wheel drive made. Michael was amazing to work with. I went in on a Tuesday hoping to just have a few questions answered and to look at a few cars. I met with Michael and he was fantastic. I didn't feel sold to, and I just asked my questions and set up time that Saturday to take a test drive. For transparency, I was also looking at BMW, Audi and Mercedes in addition to Jaguar. I decided that Wednesday to send a bulleted list of my current lease scenario to the dealerships I had made contact with. Michael Morgan at Jaguar was the only one out of 4 who sent back clear and informative emails. We spoke by phone and over email, and put together a deal in a matter of days. The other dealerships didn't want to email or discuss numbers by phone. They wanted me to come in another time to talk it though. I felt like they needed me there to sell to me. Michael was different - refreshing. I would go back to Michael and Madison Jaguar for the sole reason of the transaction and my customer service being second to none. I've never had an auto transaction be so smooth and upfront. I appreciate the service I got, and will definitely go back.
