Stunned to see sales floor personnel clustered in groups or with customers, no masks or distancing. Even families with kids huddled around little desks. Got out If there fast! It took the service department awhile to get it all right, but that’s because their attention to detail was thorough and attentive. Christian took care of my car with white glove service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! i was in the dealership today to buy a used BMW, but unfortunately the deal did not go through. i would absolutely not recommend this dealership. i of i was in the dealership today to buy a used BMW, but unfortunately the deal did not go through. i would absolutely not recommend this dealership. i offered $20k CASH plus but they refused the money and would not even meet me in the middle with a price. I have never been to a dealership where they would not even consider any kind of discount .Not even a DOLLAR OR 100 HUNDRED DOLLARS OR EVEN A THOUSAND. I will take my business elsewhere.
