Always leave this place upset and feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. I vow to never return. Wish I never bought a vehicle here. Your service team is outstanding and very knowledgeable every time I bring my Jaguar in for service. Mr. Paul Walter went above and beyond to look after my Jaguar F-Type service needs. I had scheduled the Jaguar F-Type to have my brakes serviced but instead Mr. Paul Walter informed me it was not time to service my brakes. Instead there was a list of service needs that needed to be completed once your service technicians evaluated my Jaguar F-type. Mr. Paul Walter could have taken advantage of me be replacing my brakes instead he stepped up and looked after my Jaguar F-Type true needs at this time. Mr. Paul Walter knows how to build trust and be honest with the client. This type of service advisor is hard to find. Great vehicle, great staff I had a great experience with LR of Schaumburg working with a handful of different folks on purchasing a one-owner vehicle. Went in on a busy Satu I had a great experience with LR of Schaumburg working with a handful of different folks on purchasing a one-owner vehicle. Went in on a busy Saturday to test drive a vehicle I had seen online (there was a typo with pricing online, so while I was a bit disappointed at the time, I was understanding as it is a simple mistake to make). Went home and did a bunch of back and forth emailing to confirm details about the vehicle and its history, and eventually reached a mutually agreeable price on the vehicle and my trade-in. Had a few issues with response time during the initial phase, but was able to eventually get things done. Once in the dealership, was able to complete the transaction quickly and smoothly. Vehicle has been great so far (~week of ownership) and I'm looking forward to working with the dealership again in the future should any issues arise. Working with Chris was a great experience. One final note: this was all in the middle of the global pandemic, and the entire staff was going above and beyond to ensure proper precautions were taken. The staff (and I) were all wearing gloves and masks, and the vehicle was cleaned multiple times. Thanks for taking this seriously and still being so great to work with! More
