Great vehicle, great staff I had a great experience with LR of Schaumburg working with a handful of different folks on purchasing a one-owner vehicle. Went in on a busy Saturday to test drive a vehicle I had seen online (there was a typo with pricing online, so while I was a bit disappointed at the time, I was understanding as it is a simple mistake to make). Went home and did a bunch of back and forth emailing to confirm details about the vehicle and its history, and eventually reached a mutually agreeable price on the vehicle and my trade-in. Had a few issues with response time during the initial phase, but was able to eventually get things done. Once in the dealership, was able to complete the transaction quickly and smoothly. Vehicle has been great so far (~week of ownership) and I'm looking forward to working with the dealership again in the future should any issues arise. Working with Chris was a great experience. One final note: this was all in the middle of the global pandemic, and the entire staff was going above and beyond to ensure proper precautions were taken. The staff (and I) were all wearing gloves and masks, and the vehicle was cleaned multiple times. Thanks for taking this seriously and still being so great to work with! More

Wheel key for locking nuts missing. Service person says key for locking wheel nuts was missing in my kit. Since I have never taken it out before I must have been delivered a vehicle wit Service person says key for locking wheel nuts was missing in my kit. Since I have never taken it out before I must have been delivered a vehicle with that part missing. Then service person says he looked but couldn't find it - or was it taken out and not put back? Then he says they always use the master key, well if that is the case why would the technician have even looked in the first place? The excuses don't add up. So now I have locking wheels with no key. Disgraceful. Additionally, your service dept. prices are ridiculous. $2,550.00 for brakes? Seriously? I have made arrangements to have them done elsewhere for $1,000.00 less. More
