Lousy and unprofessional. Absolutely not worthy of carrying brands like Range Rover. Top to bottom incompetent people. Manager did not bother answer my concerns. This guy is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. The detail was amazing. Though we decided against purchasing at this time, I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND you visit Land Rover and Jaguar of Hoffman Estates.
