Buying a car can be very frustrating but Land Rover of Schaumburg made this the most pleasurable experience. Darrien started my process and he was very responsive via text and or email. As an out of state buyer their communication has been TERRIBLE. Purchasing from them, so far, has been a two week process. As a customer, my response to anything asked of me has been immediate. I've had TERRIBLE. Purchasing from them, so far, has been a two week process. As a customer, my response to anything asked of me has been immediate. I've had to beg and plead by texting, calling and emailing anyone who will answer me. When I do get a response, it's "sorry, we're busy". It's clear that all customers are not treated the same. My financing has been approved, the title to my current vehicle has been sent and received by them; they already have MY car listed for sale on their website and I have nothing. The only question I have been seeking an answer to is "When will I get the car I purchased??????" More
