They do not call u back My wife leases a car here and both times she has brought the car in for servicing they had ordered a part for her car and said that they would call he My wife leases a car here and both times she has brought the car in for servicing they had ordered a part for her car and said that they would call her as soon as the part came in. Both times they did not call or inform her that the part was in even though she specifically asked after it happened the first time "Are you sure your going to call me back" I feel that it's extremely rude and disrespectful not to mention unprofessional too. We will not lease or purchase a car here again and I suggest that you don't either unless you like dealing with a service department that does not follow up or do their job. More
