Made the deal over the phone with Joshua Prim (salesperson) and flew in to get the deal done. The dealership even arranged to have me picked up and dropped off at the airport (Mr. Jose the driver was awesome). Joshua was a consummate professional in keeping the communication lines open and answering all my pre-sales questions. He sent me multiple photos of the vehicle, described the conditions and handled all the paperwork in advance. I did a lot of research and they helped me get a great deal on a great car.and arranged to have it shipped to my home in NJ. Was going to pay cash but Jimmy the Finance person was very helpful on explaining the financing with no added sales pressure. Financing rate of 1.9% was great so financed partially. Even after I received the car, I noted the wind deflector was damaged and Joshua and the dealership sent me a new one at no cost. Happy with the transactions and my purchase. Will definitely consider again for my next vehicle purchase, and would not hesitate recommending to others. More
