All are helpful and friendly, because they know that's what it takes these days, and they deliver on it. Kris was exceptionally helpful on my recent (first) trip for service. He initially explained he'd likely need to keep the car for a few days due to the particular issue. Turns out he solved the problem with his "can do" attitude, so I was able to drive away with the issue fixed after all. That's how you keep the customer satisfied and willing to return in the future. I'll likely return very soon to redeem some discounts offered on accessories, so it will be the Cashier's turn to shine. More

My experience with Jaguar Orlando has been nothing but outstanding from my first contact with Abner Marrero telephonically and by email led to our mee My experience with Jaguar Orlando has been nothing but outstanding from my first contact with Abner Marrero telephonically and by email led to our meeting at the dealership. His kindness and warm personality was a pleasant departure from the majority of sales personnel at car dealerships. His greatest trait -- he listened to us rather than try to talk us into what he likes. We ordered a new F-Pace and were able to design many of the features we wanted. After a long wait, the car finally arrived on December 30. Fortunately, as we do not live in Orlando, we were going to be at Disney that weekend and were able to pick up the car on January 2. After setting up and showing us some of the many features on the car, we set off for home. What a pleasant drive home enjoying the lightness and responsiveness of our new F-Pace diesel. Thanks to Abner and all of the many employees we met at the dealership. We look forward to being back for further training soon. More
