During my first visit, Rene showed me a beautiful 2013 XLJ, and took the time to demonstrate every gizmo and gadget it offered despite the fact it was well passed the dealership's closing time. Though it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, he was able to locate what turned out to be my future motor; a newly traded 2012 XJL which was coming off of service. I pledged to return once it was showroom ready; the following week I did. Rene was not in the office, but Gary took up the reigns, reinforcing Rene's passion for the product. Along with Philip's help, Gary and I put a deal together rather quickly. As I said, this team loves their product and rightfully so. Bottom line, this machine is a head-turner, and these three representatives made ownership a reality! Amazing buying experience from start to finish I called Jaguar/Astin Martin/Lotus Orlando about an ad in AutoTrader for a used Lotus Elise. From that moment on it was nothing but smooth and profess I called Jaguar/Astin Martin/Lotus Orlando about an ad in AutoTrader for a used Lotus Elise. From that moment on it was nothing but smooth and professional all the way to driving the car out the door. I am out of state (MA) and Gary immediately provided updated photos, info, contact with their service team, agreements etc. He picked my Dad and I up at the airport in a luxury Jaguar sedan with cold waters waiting. The car was cleaned full of gas, and fully serviced, but there was no pressure going into the test drive. The car proved to be everything it was promised to be and we completed the paperwork that was also already prepared including all of the out-of-state tax forms. The dealership in general is beautiful and all the staff we interacted with (including the service technicians) were friendly and knowledgable. They even showed us how to remove the rear clam (an after market modification) before we started our road trip back to Boston. The thing to note here is that the Elise was likely the cheapest car on their lot, paling in comparison to the other new and used Astin's and Jaguars, but they treated us like we were buying the a million dollar car. I was so happy with the service, that I got Gary's business cards to keep in the car to hand out when people inquire about where I got it. I have bought a number of vehicles and this has been the best experience by far- well worth the plane trip to buy from Jaguar Orlando. More
