Coming from a 10 year relationship with Maserati and 3 cars, my first Jaguar purchase. Unfortunately I hit a pothole on Orange and messed up not only my tire but my rim Called the Jaguar of Orlando Serv cars, my first Jaguar purchase. Cant express enough the quality of service there and the remarkable feeling of having the whole team behind you. My type for sure. Completely dishonest dealership. Started off with a test drive that the car had 2 back tires completely worn to the thread which is completely unsafe for the customer. Anyways they replaced the tires and I drive that the car had 2 back tires completely worn to the thread which is completely unsafe for the customer. Anyways they replaced the tires and I bought the car. Car was completely flawed and wasn’t sold as advertised. Nothing worked on it and all the buttons and badges were stuck. I was told numerous times they would make this right and they never did. I even asked to get back into my trade vehicle and had no luck. Long story short, I ended up selling the car back Jaguar Orlando then had to wait WEEKS for the check to be cut. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this dealership! More
